Steele Associates is a full service ocean surveying & environmental consulting company established in 2003. We are recognized for our ability to consistently provide quality results under difficult conditions, with a successful track record along both the East & West coasts.

Steele Associates is structured to serve as an extension of the firms and agencies we support. Specializing in complete hydrographic surveying and US Army Corps of Engineers Dredging Quality Management compliance, our goal is to provide first class service while maintaining the close working relationship of an in-house style survey department. We routinely develop and perform Class 1 dredge payment surveys for marinas, yacht clubs, maritime terminals, and civil projects. We believe our ability to maintain a close working relationship with regulators, address potential difficulties before they arise, and maintain focus on key objectives results in greater success for the firms we support.
