Sea Tow is a franchise-based international marine assistance organization headquartered in Southold, NY. Our company was established in 1983 by Captain Joseph Frohnhoefer, founder & CEO, after the US Coast Guard ceased responding to non-emergency calls for assistance. The business began, quite simply, with a single boat & a wooden 6"x 6" tow post.
