Business Details

Sea Tow is a franchise-based international marine assistance organization headquartered in Southold, NY. Our company was established in 1983 by Capt. Joseph Frohnhoefer, founder & CEO, after the US Coast Guard ceased responding to non-emergency calls for assistance. The business began, quite simply, with a single boat & a wooden 6"x 6" tow post.

Sea Tow To the Rescue

Once again, Sea Tow Newport Beach and Capt. Mac got me out of a jam. At least I wasn't a total idiot--ran out of gas last time. But I recently moved my trawler to mooring in Newport Harbor and my starter battery died. 1 call and Sea Tow was there to jump start me and get me off the can. There's no better deal in boating than a Sea Tow membership--thanks again.
