Fraudulent Billing continues after multiple attempts to contact
Reviewed by Heather H. in Newport Beach, Ca on 04/30/2021

We used royal flush for several years in the Newport Beach harbor. In October 2020 our boat left the country and has not been back. We ceased our services with Royal Flush at that time. Every month since then they still send me a bill as if they were doing service although our boat is no longer here. They then send me a late notice for the invoice for services they never performed. I have spoken with them three times and asked if they stop sending me invoices and especially the late notices. Unfortunately they refused to stop. I received another bill this morning and another late notice for the prior month. Our boat has been gone for eight months out of the country. I would not be comfortable doing business with them again because they are clearly not in control of their own bookkeeping or worse yet they intend to do it in hopes of collecting on a fraudulent bill. I have contacted them numerous times. I just want to make sure this doesn’t happen to someone else.
