I ordered an Iridium 9575 phone at the SatPhone Store. They kept telling me it was shipped then that it wasn't so I canceled, and called Global Innovations they had the phone ready for me within 2 hrs with the SIM and everything. They were very helpful and knowledgeable. They made a new customer out of me.
