Since 1986 Formco has been providing the marine industry with quality plastic parts. We specialize in making custom marine parts to customer specifications. Our abilities include forming parts up to 84"x120", gauges up to .350, precision, consistent trimming on our modern 5 axis CNC as well as secondary operations of welding, bending, drilling, and complete assembly.

Our Form Wraps product features precision CNC cut plastic formed to fit the specific shape and curvature needs of production boat upholstery.

Our veteran team of management has over 200 years of combined thermoforming experience, to help our customers design and build better and less expensive parts. Formco's extensive engineering resources include complete CAD capabilities, as well as the CNC machinery that allows us to make proto type molds in as little of 48 hours. We have complete in house tool making including water cooled tooling. A full time fixture and jig technician is available to insure all fabricated parts are consistent.
