Quality of work did not meet expectations

Disappointing experience. I was originally quoted $325-400 for car leather rip repair and was charged $450 after the service. About 4 months after the service I noticed the repair was beginning to rip again (also on a passenger seat that is rarely used). I reached out to Anthony to see if he could either repair under warranty or offer a partial refund. He said that the warranty expires after 90 days (I was not made aware od this at any point) and offered to repair it for an additional $225. I would have expected the repair to have been more durable and not a bandaid fix for a few months.
