Electromaax was established in fall of 2002 when co-owners Rob Bell and John Stevens purchased a 50-year-old traditional electronics rebuilding company from a family in Toronto. They initially purchased the company with intentions to service the local area with re-manufactured alternators and starters. Both having a strong interest in marine products they began focusing on manufacturing and developing optimum charging solutions for the marine industry.
