Hat's off to Boatswain's Locker in Costa Mesa, CA. They are truly the best marine gas and diesel engine outfit in California. They serviced the yanmar diesel on my sailboat in Newport Beach, which wasn't running at the time, and also gave me an education at the same time. They show up on time, isolate the problem quickly, and give you a fair quote. I haven't had a problem with the engine in 2 seasons. They're dealers and distributors for the top marine engine brands: Yanmar, Mercury and Mercruiser, Hamilton Jet, as well as Kohler generators. They can handle any marine power plant and transmission job including repowers. They're pros and they cover all of Southern California from San Diego Harbor/Oceanside, Dana Point, Newport Beach, Huntington Beach, Long Beach, Marina del Rey and beyond.
