There's not an outboard these guys cannot fix! They got mine running (after numerous other people couldn't) in 2 days and right before a holiday. They also have tons of Nissan & Tohatsu parts in stock which is really convenient.

Vintage Outboard Motor Completes the Project!

I've been slowly restoring a 1958 runabout and needed a late 50's era outboard motor to complete the package. I casually told Brad at Amber Marine in Costa Mesa what I was looking for while he was tuning my dinghy outboard. A few months later, I get a call that he's got the vintage model I was looking for! How's that for customer service. Amber marine are dealers for all types and horsepower of outboard engines--Tohatsu, Nissan, etc., and also Delphinus inflatables. Most dealers would blow off your pet project if it didn't involve selling you a new model. Amber not only keep in mind what I wanted, but also fully tuned it and is ready to install. I'm bringing my boat in next Wednesday and I can hardly wait. Amber Marine is convenient to Newport Beach, Huntington beach and they've been outboard specialists for decades in Orange County.
