I had called russell as a referral from my boat repairman Jake. I called and talked to russel himself. I wanted a 125 gallon fuel tank mfd. russell told me the cost was $12.00 a gallon @ 125 gallons would be $1,500.00. Without getting any other prices I gave russell the job. russell went to the boat and did a template with jake present, russell fabricated the tank and I paid him. Jake said the tank was to tall and would interfere with the new decking. russell picked up tank and redid it to fit to the decking telling Jake that I wouldn’t have 125 gals. He said that it would be less, I called russell and I Requested the exact measurements and how many gallons my tank is. russell said he would give me the measurements and he abruptly hung up the phone on me when I mentioned a refund on the missing gallons. He couldn’t provide. He told Jake that he wasn’t giving me anything in return for the missing gals that he failed to give me. I called him several times and my call was not returned. I finally talked to russell and he insulted me and made threatening remarks. I urge anyone that needs anything welding to steer clear of russell and his poor business practices as he is not sensitive to his clients needs. He is not trustworthy or transparent. He stole money that he did not earn honestly. Not a very honest reputable person. Reynold
